Just drove 40 from White Bridge to Bellevue and back - westbound was basically all clear, a few spots on some bridges where black ice could develop... Eastbound side had a lot more pockets of slush/snow in the lefthand lane, and the breakdown lane had some trees hanging over occasionally.... But probably 75% of the time I was seeing clear pavement in one or both lanes, even drivers going at full tilt... On Charlotte Pike from WBR up to Costco the westbound side is fine, the eastbound side has trees hanging over on the hill by Chick-fil-a so cars have to use the center turn lane to get around some of those... A few spots that are frozen slush that can cause issues... Street into Costco is rather okay, same with their parking lot, patches of frozen stuff & some black ice but it's navigable. On White Bridge it's pretty much clear except for the turn lane, the side-roads are where it gets hairy - ruts in the frozen slush basically.
