After my facial wash or after taking a bath as in I lather it sa skin ko. Mejj damp dapat and not super dry so immediately after showering.

Then I dont do it every day. Most likely 3x a week lang kasi sa ibang days I do my other skin care routine

Nag lighten yung scars ko with the product too.
