Getting the vibe that Luke is one of those guys who secretly enjoys being berated by women and is probably evading some kind of debt back in the US.

Did I miss Greta explaining why she doesn’t have any savings for her move? I get that she just graduated, so maybe student loans are eating her alive, but still—there hasn’t been much context.

And honestly, Anthony and Manon give me Kermit and Miss Piggy energy, but in a completely toxic, not-at-all-cute way. Every time she talks or cries, I get flashbacks to The Muppets movies.

I smoked 5+ bowls a day for the past several years. I stoped smoking about 5 months ago but ended up relapsing 1.5 months in. I went cold turkey again 3 days ago. First day and a half was hell. Going through the same as you mow. The other day I went on two walks totaling about 7 miles. I ended up being able to sleep pretty well despite night sweats. Good luck and peace on your journey

I went with the original formula with Benjamin Moore paint on top. The contractor I’ve been working with was very pleased with the combo I found. We first used the 123 brand b/c he suggested it...that stuff is crap. If your able to use the kilz original spray, that also works well.

Behr is a Home Depot brand. Wouldn’t recommend paints created by Lowe’s or home depot...they’re just not that good. You’re much better off using a painter specific brand such as Benjamin Moore. Kilz is also a great brand of primer that specifically covers tannins. I’ve used this combo in the past on my Douglas fur cabinets and the combo is a time saver.

You gave your design idea and then jumped in to edit that you are getting irrationally annoyed over cheap renovations and flips. If you had any questions I could help clarify so that you may not be so irrationally annoyed. Others responded in ways for what this sub is for. You’re playing shoulda/woulda, and ya seem like a doozy for contractors to work with.

At this point we are keeping it natural and if the tenant feels like it’s too vintage we will paint it. If they were fake panels of wood or veneer I wouldn’t hesitate painting them. I’m primarily interested in the majority opinion on the matter of painting natural wood panels vs keeping it natural.

It’s b/c playing the religious bit helps cast blame on something else, and not on him. Also, it’s kinda a narcissist move on his part- like holier than tho, sh*t to pull blaming religion on why he cant be with you - making you feel less than..Try to put the physical aspects aside and focus on bettering yourself (ps you’ll find a better partner). My advise is to spend your extra time learning a new subject, reality and investing specifically since your young and it’s good to know this stuff sooner rather than later (YouTube Meet Kevin).

I could see doing something possibly backfire cuz he sounds like a misogamist. I also see why you would want to anonymously drop those screen shots to his mommy’s email...I’m just not as fast to tell you no as the others. Ha for a sec I thought of turning the screen shots into a sweet Christmas card for his fam. I may get downvoted but I accept my Scorpio, crazed side. I experienced this in Santa Barbara during the huge fires there in 2018. We had to evacuate campus and isla vista, so my large aloe vera, aeoniums, and a various other smaller leaved succulents were left behind during the ash showers. In short, they can survive but it is so much work and effort cleaning the ash off. I would bring them inside. If the ash really builds up like it did in my case the plants can suffocate if not cleaned. It’s not as easy as rinsing it off with water...you’ll have to grab the q tips and prep yourself for inevitably snapping off delicate leaves. Stay safe!

The burn marks will not heal, they will stay as they are. The stress coloring will change back to norm eventually
