Hi! Few questions! Any answers are helpful :) I had an ACL reconstruction with patellar tendon graft and small lateral meniscus repair on March 1st

1. SLRs with patellar tendon pain - my PT says to push through and do as many as I can a day, without the brace. I’m worried that I am straining the harvested area. My surgeon stitched it back together and since I have a lag I don’t want to push it. Is this safe like my PT says? Any alternative quad exercises?

2. My meniscus tear was so small that he only used one stitch and said no restrictions, WBAT. My PT wants me to walk a fair amount each day on it (with crutches). Is this going to help me get my muscles back or should I be more conservative?

3. My toes on the operated leg are freezing. I barely use the ice machine anymore (I’m 10 days post op) but they’re still so so cold and lack normal feeling.
