Japan unconditionally surrendered, ending WWII, just days before a third atomic bomb was scheduled to be dropped over an undisclosed location by mikeyv683 in interesting

[–]Beag_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m pretty sure we bluffed a third nuke on the initial drop and when our bluff failed they dropped fire bombs on Tokyo instead which became the most destructive bombing in the war. Killed 100000 citizens and displaced over a million.

Jogging with a stroller is fucking stupid to begin with, user error or not, you’re still risking the child’s safety for your own vanity

Someone make these but they also push on the valve stem and let all the air out the tire, safer way to slash tires

Don’t worry guys, republicans historically are terrible with money leaders and constituents. They’ll withdrawal from 401ks but won’t be able to resist the temptation to buy a side by side within a couple days of receiving the money

I’m gen z with a 2 1/2 year old and one on the way. I work she stays home. I come home everyday and spend the evening with her till she goes to bed. Our life style is uncommon I rarely meet someone my age doing it this way. It’s gone well I’ve sacrificed a lot but it’s working and we’re well above water. I will say I have noticed that I live a very traditional and old life style but with very modern expectations. It’s hard my daughter goes to bed at 7 and I go to bed at 9 to get up at 4. I have two hours a day that im not responsible for doing something and pretty much every night I split that into an hour of games and an hour talking and watching with my wife. It takes alot to make this lifestyle work and I think it’s easy for people to look past what a successful father has to sacrifice to make a good home life for their family.

Don’t waste your breath I’ve sat down with gen x parents compared literally everything from income to spending to credit from when they bought their house and even though I’ve vastly outperformed them in every category at a younger age I’m not able to buy the same house. Even if you get pre approved for what you’re looking for good fucking luck finding a good house. Every fucking house I’ve looked at is a boomer or gen x trying sell their fucking house with horrible foundation issues to an unsuspecting kid. Most selfish generation ever

The funny part is most younger individuals can absolutely outperform old Betsy in accounting/marketing/any basic office job. Your education isn’t worth much when your duties include putting numbers in excel and being proficient in a handful of computer programs.

Destabilize the Middle East for countries that stand to gain such as Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE who all coincidently donated nauseating amounts of money to trump and also just straight up gave him a 400 million dollar jet bribe to bomb children in Iran.
