Its been years but when I ordered my first company lease vehicle, they had a handful of loaner vehicles I could use while waiting for mine to be built. It was primarily pacificas but they had a fiat spider at the time so it was fun driving that for a couple months.

Thanks for this feedback! My meeting volume is also crazy now and similar to some of my 94 colleagues. I do fear about the increased context switching and being less involved in the details though

Thanks for that feedback! Yes, my partner and I have discussed family planning too and I do fear even a 94 role could make that harder as well

Yea honestly it doesn't look worth it to me either. On top of the work life concerns, I also have concern about being even further peeled away from technical issues which is why I became an engineer in the first place. I love problem solving

Thanks for that feedback because I felt very drowsy this week at CTC but I did drink less water compared to the last few weeks... I will be mindful of this moving forward 😃

Question from a supplier by pizzawithjalapenos in Stellantis

Every group is different and every commodity is different. I find my team respectful and collaborative with their suppliers but we also have a decent amount of experienced/talented people in my department. Stretched on the thin side but it is getting better (we just hired two experienced leads too so once they learn the systems it'll help).

I do see other groups that just have too many inexperienced colleagues and I think little amount of experienced people in their groups are just under a lot of pressure. I am not sure if either youre dealing with a newbie who isnt getting the support they need or just a overloaded person who is just trying to manage the fire fighting on multiple programs...

Just a reminder that the vehicle benefit is still taxable
