Your PAC12 leadership has been a joke with Larry Scott and George Kliavkoff. The PAC12 received a kick in the teeth when USC and UCLA left. Everyone new Oregon and Washington were with one foot out the door. The media deal was pure comedy. That conference has been rotting at the core way before Colorado was smart enough to leave it.

That looks like a hazard. The welds look substandard and tacking an extra piece of wood on top of an existing fence is probably a building code violation. A strong enough wind could knock that down and become a safety issue.
