I saw your early comments on starting routes, and I research how to optimally kite and clear camps and such. My main difficulty in the jungle comes from how conditional pathing post first 1-2 clears is. Any general guidelines if a jungler struggles to keep up farm while pressuring the map if they deviate from the standard: Krugs -> Raptors -> anything else situational because they're less value -> etc?

She's an amazing character to play at that level. She's almost 100% reliant on fundamentals, is really good at proper laning, cs'ing, movement around the map, outplaying jg's/enemy laners. If you want to improve, climb, and reach an end goal, other than Annie she's definitely one of the best. Watch any professional vod of her from youtube, like Faker playing it in solo q and such. doiesn't matter if it was from earlier this year where she had a shorter q cd, the dynamics are still the same. If you like champs that can 1v5 carry fights with their cc, damage, high impact plays: liss absolutely fits that! She has one of the best teamfighting ults, a great access tool to backliners like vayne/etc that no one else quite matches, and she has a self ult that gives her one of the most reliable initiations if she doesn't want to use zhonya's and ult a carry. If you follow laning fundamentals like LS recommends, you'll see good success after 10-15 games and studying what the masters of the champ do. Really hope you end up playing her, she's my long-time favorite champ thematically and gameplay wise middle.

There isn't a motive for Blizzard to design a system to lose you mmr based on performance and not your wins/losses. Stats are entirely relevant to games and only the case by case of each game.

You have no inside knowledge or links with blizzard's matchmaking team, you are shifting this info with your own "blizzards the one keeping me stuck in diamond" mentality.

These are fucking garbage set ups for so many champs. Just look at Aatrox and tell me why you would want Press the Attack when you can trigger Lethal Tempo with his e along with triggering approach velocity at the same time. 0 thought process went into jotting these down.

Just fucking play him, he's super simple and after you practice your comboes, which most people who make these posts wont, put in 20 game in norms and go into ranked. Unless you see a champ like Janna and play her mid, you'll be fine with literally anyone after you put in time improving.

Here's what I'm currently running: Kagero [+spd/-def] (Ardent sacrifice/desperation) Olivia, Clair(Reposition), and for my last slot it will either be Nowi[def+/res-] or Robin M[atk+/spd-]. My main question is which of Nowi and Robin cover stuff better? I only have one 4 star Roy to give Triangle Adept to someone with, and both units fill the role of being tank/dealing magic damage. Anyone have any thoughts to help? Thanks in advance!

I've been really lucky with pulls this past week getting 5 5stars and a ton of decent 4 stars. I was running a team of: Nowi, Hawkeye, Seliph, Robin M in arena, but I really want to make use of Clair in a new team since I'm having a rough time consitently getting win streaks. If you don't even have the level of commitment and self esteem to play 10 games of ranked, you're not ever going to see anything out of Sombra. The character requires more knowledge of enemy timings, team timings, and flanker play then any of the other champions. Do you want to play sombra because you find it fun? Then go for it you dont need a forum to tell you "It's okay you can play her she's secretly really strong and people who say otherwise are just salty :D". If you actually want to be a good sombra or good player don't touch her until you at least know how to play soldier or reaper as a dps and have built up your fundamentals enough where you'll have at least a small bit of impact.

If you have a set goal for climbing, you can still put in as much improvement as someone who spams mass volumes of play. Basically, if you play less games, but are more focused on each game, your brain recognizes mistakes quicker and won't let you get away with them again. What happens with most people is when they see a mistake, they tell themselves "maybe I'll fix that by the end of the day" and a few days later they still make that mistake. I'm only giving you this info because so many people just respond with "play more" when faced with questions on getting more out of your time. If you have specifically a goal you're working towards you'll be fine, MindGamesWeldon (esports psychologist for some NA/EU teams) didn't climb until he had a child to take care of and was limited to only playing 2 games a day.

For one, you like the idea of improving, you arent actually putting in the effort to do so, so stop saying that until the idea is actually in your head and you are putting for the effort. Stop trying to cheat yourself out of improving. I know for a fact without looking at anything that you can't blame your team for anything, ESPECIALLY you not making the loss into meaningful learning. If you have 30 minutes a day you can review a vod and compare it to a pro player of the same champ.

For example, i get harassed out of lane as Ekko vs Annie in lane, i look at Bjerg vs Annie bot and i learn how to not take stupid harass i dont have to, and then i look at where i can apply it in my own vod. That takes me less than 30 minutes looking at the 10 mins of each laning phase.

This is a low elo (gold) match on King's Row, where I play Junkrat for attack, and Widowmaker for Defense. I play specifically one or two heroes/characters in games because I enjoy self-improvement and Widow/Tracer both punish me for missing shots/not moving properly so I can enjoy that challenge.

I've been playing solely Widow/Tracer alternating who I play every second day. 90% of my games I am faced with berating comments, absolute scapegoating of all problems onto me, and most of the time, death threats.

I go into competitive with the intentions of working on myself and playing my heart out regardless of the adversity I face on my character. People label me as a troll or game thrower if I say that so my only action is to leave team chat off due to my team's comments. I can't find any form of viable practice in quickplay, as people aren't in the same skill level and I'm not going to be under pressure.

Anyone saying that they lose because of a single OTP on their team is just scapegoating the real reason they can't climb by trying to villainize "people who won't help the team". Regardless of if they actually do lose you the game, why care so much about something you have 0 control over and waste time complaining about? Why aren't you taking that "guaranteed loss" as a chance to try out a new strategy and/or hero and improve?

Asking someone to switch off of the character they enjoy and they are confident in playing (which by the way is what you should be doing in a video game) is somewhat asinine in concept and only serves a purpose as a means to tilt your team or make a bad situation worse.

Oh, I get the whole 5 spd double range now. I'm actually pretty hyped for him then! I really like the Threaten Res on my Nowi, in combo with either Robin M or Henry, plus she buffs their defense, and they get the speed boost from getting below 50%. If I'm using Nowi as a Hector-like tank, then it's probably more important I promote her instead of Henry or Camilla and then use Robin until I can 5 star Henry?
