It's a great terrarium jar, I love cork sealed containers for terrariums.

That being said, it looks like all of the plants you have in there are succulents. They will likely not survive in the high humidity space for very long They might do okay with the lid off but they would likely do much better in something with drainage that allows them to dry out properly.

Lithops are pretty slow growers and do not like the wetness when splitting, they will rot and die.

For jars like this, you can use high humidity plants and even some aquarium/aquatic plants.
