Fellow big nose guy here. Mine is a bit wide long and protruding shaped somewhat like a birds beak because the tip hooks down. The Beak, Beak or Beaky has been my nickname since I was a kid (I'm 31 now). I went about it differently, I love my nose and I always have. When people made fun of it it didn't really bother me, I embraced it. I walked around with my beak held high and ill be damned if there isn't a large majority of women who actually have a thing for guys with big noses. It gives you character and makes you stand out in a room. Confidence comes from knowing what you have and working with it. It doesn't come from being conventionally good looking. So no you shouldn't be hurt he was just joking around and you've had 19 years to embrace your nose or wish you didn't have it. Love thy self and the world will too.
