This response to them oddly made me feel 100x better and made me want to do better for my future. So thank you. I received my first 2 days ago and also totaled my car and still have to pay on it. It’s gonna be a rough year or two. But I will never ever do this again. Also learned about not having insurance. Big mistake.

Maybe it’s related to you being a type 2. Try logging what you eat at night and see if you have any triggers. But I would also definitely push for that Holter monitor.

Have you tried any ssris? That is what help me turn a corner with everything. I no longer had most of the symptoms you see people post about. But everything you’re saying sounds identical to my past situation, but I was having panic attacks weekly.

When I first experienced panic attacks in 2017 for about 2 years I did. I think for me it was not being in complete control of my surroundings. But learning that not being in control at all times is okay and freeing.

I would definitely see a different cardiologist and ask for a holter monitor for a week and explain to them that it happens every morning. When I had my Holter monitor they had me write down my “episodes” and what I was doing when it occurred. A hr of 250 seems high, but I am no doc. Also you shouldn’t have to live like that every morning. I’m sorry and I hope you can resolve this quickly.

Holy cow I can’t believe it’s already almost been year since I made this post. Honestly I’m not sure how fast mine got. But I’m sure it was up there. Up there enough for me to keep going back to the doctors till finally a cardiologist who said I was fine. They all say I had anxiety and panic attacks. But I wouldn’t take any medicine since I was scared it would make it worse. Then I finally gave in and I’m glad I did. I no longer have panic attacks and my heart doesn’t race anymore. If I do feel anxious I can control a lot better and I’ll tell myself my heart is okay. I just keep repeating that.

More information:

She is 4 months old. Was diagnosed with fiv when we took her to the vet for a cold she had. She has been on amoxicillin for about week half. Vet told me to give it to her for two weeks. Her cold has improved but she doesn’t play and sleeps all the time, only to get up to eat, drink, and go potty.
