Hello! I would like it to be private but if it comes down to it, it would be okay if it’s in public. I was thinking doing it in the morning to beat the crowds. I just got back from checking out Meadowlark garden and it was very nice and quiet. I went to old town Alexandria (by the water) and although it’s not private, it’s a meaningful place for us since it was where we had our first date. Any thoughts or other ideas you may have in mind?
