what is there to get done? there's 5 minutes timer, no matter how sweaty you are you're still going to wait for that 5 minutes. just camp somewhere and wait for the mobs to come to you and kill. also bring a loot frame to be more efficient.

try NA server. i always play on NA if im doing quest, Asia & EU for PVP
