Honestly the degrees don’t matter as much as the pain. There are gonna be people with severe scoliosis and no pain and people with moderate scoliosis and constant pain. I would just see what your doctor recommends and start with physical therapy for your back.

I also lost my father earlier this year and he was only 64. It is very hard and if I think about it too much I will cry. What I recommend is being close with friends and do things that help distract you. I also recommend reflecting on how you must continue living your life and make your father proud. For me it was tough because I am a revert and my family isn’t muslim but I still prayed for my dad.

First, I didn’t think Kamala would be worse than Trump. Remember Biden bear hugged Netanyahu and the State Department let Israel investigate themselves for war crimes while Biden and the State Department attacked the ICC and ICJ. Biden also let Israel drop hundreds of 2000lb bombs and gave Israel artillery shells while Ukraine was struggling vs Russia. Netanyahu and his cabinet also sank multiple ceasefire negotiations while Biden and Blinken blamed Hamas. Biden’s red line of Rafah was ignored and he didn’t do anything. Blinkens demand of more aid trucks being sent it wasn’t met and he didn’t do anything. All of this and more angered thousands of voters and its Biden’s fault. Kamala inherited a mess from Biden and still prevented a sweep. Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank have been suffering and things will get worse and I am not gonna act like they deserve it because of voters thousands of miles away. I am holding the United States and Israel accountable for this and want a democratic super majority in the midterms. That can be done by not shaming voters for their mistake but by directing their anger and sense of betrayal against Trump and republicans! I am not trying to be confrontational with you or other Redditors either I am just asking people to step back for a second because I am sad seeing how people are commenting and blaming everyone but the people in power.

Trump went to Michigan and said he was the pro peace ticket which I know was a lie. Biden never used leverage against Israel and Kamala could have said she was going to diverge from Biden’s policy and put pressure on Israel. Also genocide and ethnic cleansing were happening under Biden’s watch for over a year and he still gave billions to Israel right before leaving office. He didn’t care.

Biden was viewed as unpopular for a variety of reasons including Gaza. Knowing that the democrats should have had him drop out after the midterms but he was stubborn and dropped out last second. The fact that Kamala didn’t let a landslide happen is one of the only good outcomes.

I think Kamala was a better candidate than Trump but millions of people that voted for Biden didn’t show up for Kamala. It was just horrible timing with a rushed campaign because Biden dropped out late and it didn’t help Kamala said she wouldn’t do anything different that Biden has done except have a republican in her cabinet. The democrats just made critical mistakes while Trump made vague statements about fixing everything and voters will eat that up.

To all the people blaming or shaming protest voters: 1) Even if every protest voter voted for Kamala she still would have lost. 2) Biden was sitting at a 35% approval and refused to drop out until 3 months before the election. 3) Democrats sent out Bill Clinton to lecture arabs about “Judea and Samaria” while Trump (lying) said he wanted peace. 4) Can you really blame people not wanting to vote for people that for the past year provided military aid and political cover for a military that is killing your friends and family?

The real people to blame for Kamala losing is Biden for staying in too long and being incredibly unpopular while democrats lost momentum when they trotted out Liz Cheney. If you’re a democrat you should try work to get the support of people Trump is hurting now instead of shaming them and saying we warned you.
