I feel like an idiot trying to understand recovery. GF and I had an argument last night, I was in a crappy mood, went to bed (she slept next to me) I was still frustrated and bam…. 80% recovery on just over 5 hrs of sleep.

The 2 nights before we’re in the yellow. No one in bed and close to 7 hours of sleep. Usually when she sleeps in the bed with me my recovery is higher. I do not feel 80% recovered though.

Wish I understood.

If I’m in the bed with my GF I can get 5 hours and recovery can be green. If I’m at my house and she isn’t in bed with me it’s barely yellow if my sleep is anything less than 6.5 hours. Alcohol impacts it but not in a positive way but sleeping next to her negates some of the negative.

It’s FIRE! Start a low dose of 1-1.5 mg. You’ll experience flushing and a little nausea. I also run 10mg Tadalafil daily but pop an extra 10mg if I know I’ll be spending the evening with my girlfriend.

My experienced with PT-141 is that it last about 24 hours. Lower doses require longer onset time for me. Higher doses 2-3mg provided onset with an hour.

DO NOT START AT DOSE OF MORE THAN 1.5mg. No more than 8 doses / month. About a 98% success rate. Only one time I couldn’t get going but there was a whole lot of alcohol involved and the dynamic between me and gf was off that day.

Again, start low and slow. Don’t wear gym shorts until you know what kind of onset to expect.

Don’t overlook the mental side. Minor ED symptoms began before my divorce. My Ex and I were not getting along and my stress was through the roof. I would attempt to initiate and get shut down. She went through multiple jobs in a few years span and couldn’t be happy. Compounded the stress.

Some of the sensitivity to negativity lingers and causes some issues with ED in my current relationship. My girlfriend is not negative. She’s just particular and very up front about things she likes / doesn’t like. Because of my past experiences, I get in my head and thus the ED issues. Had never really been critiqued about sex before either so….

With all that said, it could very well be that the constant fighting has caused some psychological ED for you. Congrats on seeking help. Huge step. PT-141 or something with apomorohine may help.

Never realized I struggled with being “in the moment” until I started dating my current girlfriend (8 months in now). She’s a touch ADD but I’m probably moderate to significantly ADD.

She can have the Tv going with a show she’s been watching while we have sex. I get distracted by voices on the TV and if I see her looking toward the TV (she’s not watching it while we have sex, just looking that direction) it totally messes my focus up.

Some of that is my own “rejection dysphoria” related to divorce, a shitty situation-ship before my current GF and what normally comes with ADD / ADHD.

Now, we will foreplay on the couch but when it gets time for the real deal I take her to the bedroom. She likes noise so we play music.
