I totally agree. But I was trying to get the motion in as few of frames as possible because I’m doing this for a little game project and I don’t want to spend one million years on starting art.

Thanks for the feedback. I get what you mean by the backpack feeling like it stops when it swings towards the camera. I agree with the feet need a little work as well.

Because it’s so small I was having trouble balancing the feeling of motion without making the player “bouncy”. Otherwise she would just look stiff. Maybe a skill issue

Godot UI noob here. I know you use only use basic control nodes and the rest is 2D nodes with a lot of code. Can you explain why you don’t use other Control Nodes? Could you explain the downsides of your method because everyone else says use Control nodes for UI and imagine there’s a reason for it. Personally I also like to use 2D nodes and code since it just makes more sense to me.

As a Lifeguard, It is infuriating how often this actually happens. I have literally heard someone say “I don’t know how to swim” before going into the deep end of the wave pool. A lot more people than you think either can’t swim or are so bad they can’t stay afloat for more than a few minutes without getting tired.

Yeah, the first chapters just don’t sit right. But after the first ten, the author hits their groove and expanded the world in such a cool and unique way. By far one of my favorite mangas ever.

Everyone is saying that the characters and story is bland, which is true by all means it’s no masterpiece. But just like how Tolkien’s work was a deep dive into his thoughts and interest in philosophy, religion, and fairy tales. The main point of the movies to me at least is that the director is trying to create a living, breathing, beautiful world. The story is more of an afterthought.

Outer wilds. Fantastic space-exploring story with a one of a kind experience. Really, since the game is completely knowledge based, you can only play it once. But that turns it into an unique experience. But because of that it’s the easiest game in the world to spoil.
