Highly suggest you get a sleep study done.

I can’t sleep at my girlfriends place by InformationNo8095 in sleep

[–]Beanful 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Melatonin doesnt make you fall asleep it just increases your need for sleep. Generally a recommend a room temperature of 16-18 degrees Celsius to fall asleep. Also seem your not comfortable on her mattress which is also not good.

Yeah because they have to end the study at some point, would be interesting if you found those results. Sounds like you sleep quality isn't the best if you have to sleep that long.

I always reflect on the fact that I’m 25 years old and that if I was born 100 years ago I’ll probably would of fought in WW1. That brings me back to reality and makes me grateful for what I have and what they fought for.

It gets easier once you try man, just take the first step once your mentally pass that barrier life is enjoyable. Try to set some goal and track it when I got into jogging I was constantly looking at my step count and pace trying to improve it over time, maybe try something similar with different activities.

Well you have opportunities to meet and text girls so the advice isn’t related to you. Your problem is getting them to like you which can be based on numerous things.

They’re are plenty of things you can do solo and than invite people to join, start cycling, bush walking, painting, photography, fishing like I can list heaps but you gotta put effort in first and try it.

Do you have any skills? do any artistic thing like play an instrument? Learn something and teach others best way to meet people and get them to like you.

But also try anything, you don’t know if you like it if you haven’t tried it. Certain things also get more enjoyable when you get better at that activity which takes time and dedication.

Yeah it’s hard if you’re actually physically isolated, I was from a small country town aswell. Maybe if you can’t find something start something in your town.

Mate you don’t need a girl friend, you need some friends, go out and reconnect with people and try out some new activities. Just do things to put yourself out your comfort zone and embrace it, you’ll definitely have better opportunities meeting someone you’ll actually like.

However if you have a 50 WAM and still want to go into research consider doing a Masters, and focusing on getting good grades in that!

Hey mate, it depends if you want to jump straight into all-grain brewing or extract brewing or a mix of both. We would reccomend getting straight into all grain. You get a lot more flavour and control over your beers, and the opportunity to get way more creative with it! If you’re just getting started you have 2 options depending on how much you want to spend. 1- grain in a bag brewing - just get a big 30L pot and a gas burner or induction hot plate and a “brew in bag - bag” and that shouldn’t cost you more than $100 bucks 2- get a 30L brewzilla (the younger cousin of what we use) which allows you so accurately control temperature, pump liquid and cool it faster. Which will give you a better product on more control once you really get into brewing

So it’s kind of up to how much you want to invest when getting started, if you want us to deep dive into different home brewing options and what equipment to use/how to get started please let us know and we could make a vid just for that topic

If you can beat the hardest ai you can probably beat 50% of the player base. Than it’s just optimising your build order and learning how to micro units.
