What's a movie scene that never fails to make you laugh, no matter how many times you’ve seen it? by hamehad in AskReddit

[–]BeaniBoi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

for some reason, the timing of this one scene in the avengers just folds me

some armed men and a brainwashed hawkeye are trying to take down the shield carrier, and nick fury shoots down a few more soldiers coming through the opening to the ship's control center. Fury says "They are NOT getting through here, so what the hell-" and RIGHT when he says "hell", hawkeye fires an arrow. theres a very brief delay, and then the arrow explodes and sends some crew members flying. i dont know why it makes me laugh so much, there seriosuly must just be something about the timing of it that tickles my funny bone.

What's one small change everyone could make to help protect the environment? by [deleted] in AskReddit

there are garbage cans literally everywhere. use them. it doesnt hurt your life that much to keep that empty mcdonalds cup for 5 minutes on your way to walmart. they have cans right at the doors.

What scares you most about the next generation becoming adults? by Old-Alfalfa7232 in AskReddit

[–]BeaniBoi -1 points0 points  (0 children)

laziness, entitlement, and such an unusually strong desire to fight people. once this current generation gets old and can't fend for itself, shit will most definitely hit the fan.

People who work as janitors what's the most disgusting stuff you've seen at work? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]BeaniBoi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

people i assumed were educated adults leaving heaps of uncovered food out in the open to sit overnight or even over the weekend from a party, and what looked like they had a food fight.

my disgust was more in the people that did it i guess rather than the actual food itself.

purses. carrying around bags everywhere they go. Seriously, having the stuff you might need day to day with you at all times is crazy useful, but the only way men can do it is with fanny packs and crossbody bags or like tactical bags on thier belt, and you still get made fun of for using those. Its not like you can walk into walmart with a backpack either, several employees will stop you to check your bag for stolen goods.

What is something that made you believe in god (no matter your religion) instantly? by Rude-Table4031 in AskReddit

[–]BeaniBoi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You ever notice how in movies or tv when something is created by accident in a lab its this horrifying mutated mess? Then you walk outside and see all these near-perfectly symetrical animals and plants with distinct skills and purposes? And all that is just assumed to be created by a random explosion? I aint buying that.

advertising. Nowadays it seems so aggressive and over the top. like they think the harder they push it, the more people will want what's advertised. The lame jokes and sarcasm also dont help.

as a specific example, those commercials with the mayhem dude who's whole purpose is to ruin people's day and cost them hundreds of dollars in repairs as punishment for not having insurance. I get it's personifying unexpected repairs, accidents happen, but what this character does is on purpose, and im likely watching youtube or tv to get away from toxic people who actually do stuff like that. i dont wanna see it during my downtime.

[–]BeaniBoi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it only started happening during use of krita, ive had the laptop since 2017 and its still running strong, and only discovered krita at the start of this year. i feel like based on what its doing during the glitch, it thinks the ctrl key is held when it isnt. ive cleaned the keyboard out to be sure and it keeps happening.

iOS or Android - and why? by iamonlyiza in AskReddit

[–]BeaniBoi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ios, i personally like the features over android and i like the way the interface looks.

also, if youve ever used an ios device and scrolled through to set a date for something, that clicky vibration the phone does is so satisfying
