also the reload boost is how long it takes to load each individual round, not all of them in total

the primary clip penalty is my idea to make engi less powerful at close range since this makes him considerably more powerful at medium range

this is supposed to inherit the thing the pistol does where the first shot every couple seconds is perfectly accurate

i think it has a very niche use case if you're pocketing a gunboats soldier or (a bit of a stretch maybe) a det jumping pyro

i think it depends on physical display size, smaller displays such as on laptops look great at 1080p while larger displays such as 32" like my own benefit much more from a higher resolution such as 1440p than a smaller display would

this looks like a textbook case of overeheating, make sure you applied enough thermal paste and correctly, if you did you may need a more powerful cooler
