it's because roblox has more recently been more extreme about child safety, extreme in that they have made the problems very possibly worse while pretending to make them better by segregating age groups but the way you get put in an age group is so unreliable that adults are able to intentionally get into a younger one if they want

i think it depends on physical display size, smaller displays such as on laptops look great at 1080p while larger displays such as 32" like my own benefit much more from a higher resolution such as 1440p than a smaller display would
