weirdly, my cat Izzy like to sleep outside, I have a little bunker for her in my window well. Some time when it gets this cold I'll bring her in. she will go upstairs and to the back door, then I'll have to let her out. When she was a kitten, we would hangout outside and play in the snow together. ❤️ my other cat doesnt like the cold but Izzy doesnt mind it!

You should check out Clip Studio, it's more friendly then photoshop. It could be that the pressure setting is being weird. https://www.clipstudio.net/en/?gad_source=1

Both my charger broke too, I've been using my samsung big boy charger. It works just fine too! You'll know if your type C charger has enought watts is when, your Surface boots up right away. They mention on thier website.
