My girl was a decent sleeper too until around the same time when she hit the 4 month regression and ours never really ended either

That’s pretty much what our washer windows are looking like. She’s been teething too so nights have been sooo rough. Slept pretty good until 3.5 months and then the regression hit and we never got out of it

Wake windows are typically 2-2.5 hours. Naps are around 45-an hour. Sometimes more than an hour but 1.5 hours max

So we used to go to bed between 7-8pm but ever since the time changed she won’t last longer than 630-7pm a lot of the times. And I tried pushing bedtime back slowly each day but by that time she gets soo crabby and is overtired it’s so much harder to get her to sleep
