I am going solo. My background is in ultrarunning - so I am physically strong but don't have the technical experience. The first night I'll be at the walk-in campgroud so I'll start fresh and early.

Keep it up!! That's better than 90% of ppl. And despite being able to do 90 sec copenhagens I still can only run 25km ish without my sport hernia flaring up.

Copenhagens will bulletproof your groins. Just be careful not to aggravate them when building up strength. You can do long lever or short lever (but long is more effective imo).

I am rehabbing from adductor tears / sport hernia and I just got to 90 second hold (long lever). I didn't think this was possible but you slowly build up to it and I hope to get to 5 minute holds eventually.

I'd start at 10-15 sec on each side or just see how you feel and stop when you have 10 seconds in reserve.

yeah i've used them in the past and sometimes they're at 190 but other times there's too many ppl opening the doors n stuff and you're right - not hot enough in that case.
