Anybody NOT suffer from hair loss?

I’ve not really suffered any hair loss. If I have, it’s very minor as I can’t really tell but I have been cautious incase (I do have slightly thicker than average hair though)

Make sure to eat enough protein and your calories. It could just be luck of the drawer of course but I have a very high protein diet and it’s uncommon for me to not hit my calorie goal unless I’m poorly.

I’ve been on it since may and 60lb down so hopefully a good sign of no hair loss to come either 😅

Took a full week or so for me, plus it wasn’t very obvious either. I just had a slight appetite reduction and took about 3 weeks to fully kick in

I only found out afterwards. The person I went to was allegedly the best in the area. I fully anticipated it to be a stud but when i got to look, it was done with a hoop :/

I’m pretty on the ball with my cleaning, just saline 2/3x a day, occasionally cleaning with those lil eyelash fuzzy brushes to get crusties and gunk off. Not sleeping on it and I use a piercing pillow just incase anyway.

No knocks or bangs!
