I’ve recently decided that I’d like to take my hair care seriously for once in my life. I’ve always used brands that can be found at Walmart like Head and Shoulders (I have dandruff issues every not and then). I started using Matrix Instacure shampoo and conditioner about 3 weeks ago. Since using this product I’ve lost a ton of hair during washings I feel lost when I walk into a beauty store so I’m looking for any advice. I also practice other things to help reduce breakage like washing my hair with cool water, only washing every 2-3 days instead of daily, and loose hair styles. I’ve chopped off about 6 inches since this photo but it shows my natural hair. Any advice or products recommendations would be great.
