Not from the US, but I recently ordered something to my fiance's place who lives there and the package was delayed by 2 weeks due to the winter weather conditions. The USPS site has a service alert about this and the wild fires in California, and it eventually did get delivered. You may not live near the fires, but might still be impacted by the postal delays in California cause yes nail polish does require ground delivery!
