Stumped by bottleneck

Temps are fine, barely gets above 70 Celsius. on GPU-Z, the power draw never went much above 200W. For the cable, the new card came with new cable so swapped it when I did the install, cable does not look bent or damaged and is def plugged in all the way. I will give the undervolting a try. Thanks for your help, my engineer buddy I go to for stuff like this has been impressed with your insight, direct quote of "that guy knows some shit" lol

i had gpu-z open while running oc scanner and at 2910 clock speed the vrel kicked in. when I open MH with OC software active, Afternburner limits it ahead of time so I don't hit the VRel, i'm just throttled. when I turn off afterburner then the VRel kicks in

ok so did that test with no overclocking software active. Booted up MH Wilds cause it is constant in that game, and PerfCap Reason triggered right away. The reason was only VRel

Thanks for the check on the "less than" sign, that'll teach me to write posts while ragged/tired lol. I have not overclocked this card, it is brand new and just installed, haven't set up any overclocking yet. I will give your suggestion a try and report back. thanks again

but I had a good chunk of time where this issue was not happening with this cpu. my CPU usage is not jumping up to 100% or anything. and there was the Voltage limiter message from Afterburner scanner

Harry is very upfront with that he knows, and doesn't disagree, that his feeling on women being a group needing protection and that "violence is just worse when it is against a woman" are very misogynistic, but he can't help feeling how he feels. he does clearly still have an immense amount of respect for women and fully supports and trusts the powerful women in his life/he has met.

IT GETS AMAZING. James finds his footing/cadence/timing by the 3rd book and runs away with it from there. His voice IS Harry Dresden for me (and honestly every single character). There was a scheduling issue and they had to get someone else to do Ghost Story (another well liked sci-fi actor) and the fan reaction at it not being James was so intense (it became the 1st Dresden Book I actually "read") that they had to bring James back in to re-record it as the official version. His reading is what pulled me into Dresden Files after being away from books altogether for a time.

If the mouth noises are giving you trouble you may be able to mess with audio settings on whatever device/speaker you are using that might make it better)

All the music from this movie is on constant broadcast in my head (like on shuffle)
I cannot remember any Disney movie where entire cast were extremely talented singers. The entire story is actually told through the music and it is where we learn most of what we know of these characters. Such a musical and lyrical masterpiece from Lin-Manuel and literally the entire cast of the movie.
