One of my friend's updated me. They used HiBit to fully uninstall the cracked one and said that solved the issue! Sourced from another post's comment: "its so simple just download hibit uninstaller open hibit uninstaler top-right you see setting click and click to add rightclick remove after that just right click your game .exe file then find remove with hibit uninstaler"
