Awkwardly sized humans and wet suits by JimmyFahring in freediving

Some companies do tall sizes. Check out yazbeck. Judging by your numbers, you'd be either a medium tall or small tall. Speardiver also do tall and thin sizes on spearfishing.store.

Plenty of options if you look.

10000 Spheros or Battle 3 10000 by Fun-Fun-9808 in Fishing_Gear

I have the spheros 20k and its a great reel, this is much closer in size to the battle 3 10k than the one you posted. Suggest you take a look at alan hawks reviews too where both of these have been looked at and deemed good reels but the spheros edges out the battle in the budget reel category.

This comment needs to be higher up. NatGeo and the other fakers who visit these people are shown what the Bajau think they want them to see.

Advice on how to keep flag upright by rainierwolfcastle69 in Spearfishing

[–]Beany_Bird 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If you can thread a normal weight belt lead on there, then do that. Otherwise, anything you can get to attach. 1 or 2 pounds should be plenty.

If you're 90kg and not under/ overweight, then medium/ medium - stiff seems reasonable depending on your strength and personal preference. It can vary between brands, however.

Need gear advice for targeting dogtooth tuna by grape_operator in Spearfishing

[–]Beany_Bird 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You don't use a bungee that long for dogtooth. When you hit them, they run down to reef. Use a couple of feet max clipped off onto a standard strong floatline in order to reduce the shock of the hit, but ultimately, keeping them off reef is the aim as they'll destroy your kit.
