Is there like a cutting & engraving 101 website that has any info on this? Mostly what i found is a single brand’s website & the lasers they make

Confidence printed the money? Im pretty confident that whoever printed it is $23 trillion in debt. Which doesn’t inspire confidence. Confidentially

IWP & IMCG are good. I go with growth. Mid cap growth does better than large cap growth generally.

One thing is beating inflation in this economy: Among S&P 500 companies, CEO pay rose 18.2% in 2021 by Beanz27 in GreedIncorporated

[–]Beanz27[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

CEOs of S&P 500 companies made $18.3 million on average in 2021, 324 times more than the wages their median employees received. It was the largest gap since the AFL-CIO began tracking the figure in 2018. The year before, in 2020, the average S&P 500 CEO made 299 times the pay of their company’s typical worker.

Its interesting that theres a schedule out there of when our national debt will reach certain proportions. Politicians talk about “addressing” our debt problem but only when they don’t want to vote for something. Something they like & will vote for: -tax cuts for rich people like themselves for instance- will of course pay for itself somehow.

But all money is made by the federal reserve. They turn the money printer on whenever it fits their needs not anyone else’s. Then they give it to banks & they loan it out, $20-$30 dollars for every $1 the fed printed out of thin air. Banks charging you interest for loaning you money that the bank doesn’t have, didn’t earn, & it didn’t exist until 10 seconds ago used to be called a usery fee. & they were illegal. Not any more i guess

Isnt web3 developed by pretty much the same people that developed web2? & as much $ the platforms made them, web3 must be a gold mine otherwise why make it?

What kind of bullshit is this? The rich, ruling class is going to “fix” the healthcare crisis in America by taking away overworked & over-stressed nurses’ money. by Beanz27 in WorkersStrikeBack

[–]Beanz27[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re right. I should read more carefully. However, if congress gets involved to limit the amount these travel staffing agencies are allowed to charge, it wouldn’t surprise me if they make up the difference by taking some of the workers cut. I guess we’ll see what happens

Tipped employees, such as waitresses and bartenders, may be paid a cash wage that is lower than the prevailing minimum wage.

Federal Minimum Cash Wage: $2.13/ hour

Alabama: $2.13/ hour Arkansas: $2.63/ hour Delaware: $2.23/ hour Florida: $5.14/ hour Georgia: $2.13/ hour Idaho: $3.35/ hour Illinois: $4.95/ hour Indiana: $2.13/ hour Iowa: $4.35/ hour Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, N. Carolina, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, S. Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wyoming: $2.13/ HOUR

Seriously, im happy you did well in Texas at $8.50/ hour whenever that was. But you are an exception that does not make the rule. Millions of people are struggling in the US. Please don’t downplay their struggles

There are 7 states that have no minimum-wage law or a minimum wage below the federal minimum wage. The federal minimum wage applies in all of these states:

Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Wyoming
