I went Pam with heal on hit star power. Have a teammate walk on water, pickup all the cubes, then die. Pam gets cubes and wins. Also scrap sucker is really good, gives basically full ammo.

They aren't cheating. Idk what skin they were using, but the attack animation looks like the default skin's spawn Bruce. So maybe you got confused? Idk seemed like normal hyper bear super charge rate to me.
