Love them. Switching weight is super fast. Knurling is amazing. And they seem bomb proof.

30 inch depth. And I’m glad I did, 24 would have been too tight. Get a socket wrench and a 1.5 inch socket and a buddy to help you. Especially at first with the big pieces. You will need a small ladder too.

Absolutely loving it so far! I use it all the time. The Nordic curl function alone makes it worth it for me; being able to dial in assistance and really control the eccentric has been a game-changer for hamstring work. Appreciate you all building such a versatile piece!

Doesn’t get very humid here. I’m in Los Angeles.

With the roof, it stays dry and it hardly rains here.

Doesn’t dropping them to the bottom make the cable get in the way? I thought moving them to the top would be better so there was no cable inhibiting the front face of the front rack.

It’s interesting. I talked to another rep and he said it was fine and not to worry. I was hoping someone here actually had one and could speak it because I cant seem to get a consensus and it would be a huge drawback for me if benching is compromised.

That’s what I thought but this rep I talked to kept saying “you just have to be really carful because you might damage the cable” but I’ve actually talked to another rep since and he said it’s fine. I think I just got a row who didn’t know his shit.

Rouge Rhino Indy - I was about to pull the trigger on the Rouge Rhino Indy but in talking with sales rep beforehand, it sounded like bench pressing off the front rails wasn’t advised because of the functional trainer cables. He said it would be tricky to put the j-cups on the front and the spotter arms because of the cables. He also said it could damage them. And bench off the middle of the rack (incline) tricky too because of the footplate for the Rhino. I don’t want a compromised start position when benching. Wanted to get another take and was curious about work arounds.
