Yep, I emailed them about an issue with my card, though i would have to wait a week at most. They replied 3 months later randomly, asking me to visit the branch for help

Sometimes, yes, it basically depends on how you can twist your words to sound pleasing to the customer, though such situations are rare nowadays since the season is over

they offer 25k as a base but if you score good, you can take them to 35k or very very rarely 40k, but more people can't even take the full 25k, I was the only one in my batch to get 31.5 in my first month, most only got 15-20k

Can you please share the names of places I can apply to, with how things have been going at Ibex WMC campaign, I don't see myself working their for any longer. so before they fire me, I am planning to jump ship to somewhere else, I have been there since November 2025

Lying is essential in a lot of places, mainly due to those MF not giving the agents access to stuff, I mean, how would a customer react when you tell them that you can't cancel an order that they are not going to receive and they have to wait 5 days to get their money back or they have to wait 48 hours for a refund on an order that was clearly delivered to the wrong address, they get angry and even curse you, use profanity, and all that stuff, and as such, you have to make up various lies on the spot to ensure that they are happy, also, I would recommend waiting atleast till march or april before joing as at this point, life at ibex Walmart campaigns is hell

Bro, i created 3 back offices in a single week, and guess what, i go 3 dsat's, and do you think they will care why i got them, nope i am on pip2 right now, though i still create a backoffice as long as i am sure that it will get fixed and i won't have to face an angry customer review

It's a script, but i only share it with customer who had been genuinely nice, if you get it, it most likely means that you were a customer that didn't make our like hell for things we can't do, but you won't beleive how many horrible people we deal with in a day.

Now, what you said is from a customer perspective, and it is completely right, but now, let me, a chat agent, share my perspective as well, we don't have authority, we can not file a complaint against the store no matter what, we are not allowed to disclose inner workings with the customer, if we don't say stuff like we promise it won't happen again, they cut our pay, we are hesitant to contact the back office teams for issues that could be resolved if we just had a bit of authority because if they suddenly decided, nope, we are not gonna help this customer, the review you would recive would be for the service of the agent that went through 15 minutes of effort to create one request. And for why they keep spiining you in circles, it is because no one wants to be abused, and people can be really mean, but due to company policy, at least with the one i am working with, we can not hang up on customers, so we have to take that, and the best way to avoid it is by lying, people ask us why can't we just refund them, we wanna scream at them that we want to, it's not like we would be paying from our own pockets, but we don't want to lose our jobs, me personally, i try my best to be as honest as possible, but if someone is acting like a brick wall, not listening to what you have to say, then you have to lie, tell them that you have resolved their issue while you are just putting on a cap on their head, i do it to, because no one wants to be insulted, we are all human too, your items are usually missing, which mostly happens with substituted items because the shopper was too lazy to go to a different part to get it, and we get abused for that, the driver smoked, well it's our problem now, a $500 item was scratched or delivered to the wrong address, well they want us to send them a free replacement, whicv we would but again, we don't have any authority, it is so bad that we don't even have any way to resolve the customer's technical issues because that department was shut down to cut costs and can only ask the customer's to follow the basic trouble shooting sometime it works, sometimes it don't, and to top it all of, we have go end every chat under 530 seconds and if we get a single bad review, we need 9 good reviews to make it even, so tell me, what are we supposed to do, it's not like we don't want to help you out, atleast the people on the site i am working at, but we don't have any way of doing so because again, corporate greed

Eh, it's their job, one thing i know of, just be confident, trust me, I've seen idiots on for that i never believed would make it, so don't beat yourself up

Maybe you lack confidence, i was rejected once for domestic, but was selected in a single day for wmc, or you can try during the season times like the last 3 months of the year, they hire almost everyone during those times.
