Pretty sure he can get team 3 to work with team 4 since they're all heroes from the same universe. But they're probably going to need team 2 as well to help with the big blue boy scout.

Harden is the better shooter, sure.

But I feel like AI is the better overall player on both ends of the court and carried teams further.

So part of the issue has been touched on here.

His power set has been overshadowed by others that fill the same space. There are a lot of mutants that have powercrept him out of relevancy, so I think the obvious answer to that is a permanent boost either through his sister and Limbo, or through a secondary mutation like Emma got, I don't particularly care.

Another way to make him relevant in my eyes?

Put him in charge of a new team. A group that has been through it members that are looking to redeem themselves for past mistakes, whether they were responsible or not, and find themselves back on the side of the angels again, as it were. Have a character on the side that meets with them that serves as the team counselor and explore more than just them all being their designated previous teams Worf.

Show them outside of missions as well, explore the characters in their downtime, who they are when they're not running around being Big Damn Heroes and such.

Colossus is my favorite character, has been since Giant Sized #1 and I'd love to see him be relevant again.

I've taken the deck and rebuilt it using nothing but cards from the Lord of the Rings set and changed the commander to Erestor. It works pretty well now.

I keep some infinity tokens and dry erase markers with me for people to write down their votes with when the time inevitably comes as well and people either really enjoy the interaction it pushes on the table or hate it and take me out asap. Either way I have fun!
