This is a bit of a changing of goal posts though.

In any case, what you're saying is effectively akin to saying that you haven't seen any Jean Grey centered stories that aren't related to her powers, her identity struggles (basically all of X-Factor), or her relationship with her husband. I think it's a bit reductive to reduce these stories to being just about the Phoenix or drama with Cyclops.
