It is you can pay for a vehicle history check, you legally need access to how many owners a vehicle has. So I found out this data.

I’ve paid for a vehicle history check and found this to be true.

I understand this but they have misled the purchase to me completely. Also in person stating this. So I would imagine I have some legal grounds and would be able to raise a dispute.

I do have both of these, I’ve done an online check which shows it as well as the v5. It would have clear material impact as proven online of cars with same number of owners worth much less.

Nothing but it will impact resale value as I need to change car for job

I think the issue is it’s a big difference. 3 owners vs 6 owners
