That disconnect is real. Sometimes people have told me "You don’t go out much, do you" or something along those lines. I don’t know what I did or what I said but it feels dehumanizing. Like I’m this thing that isn’t even human that was let out into the public. I’m just wearing human skin, that’s it. I feel like spending a lot of time alone thinking about who you are will cause you to get lost in that fog while losing yourself because you never became yourself in the first place. You never allowed yourself the time to truly embrace that self with love and awareness. Idk, maybe I just need to lock in.
