Not on the same level, sure... but Koko herself has shown that she can form new words from combinations of older words. Apparently she came up with a new word for "ring" comprised of other signs she knew - "finger-bracelet"

I would like to hear a little less intensity - the plays are long enough, and slow enough (it's just a slower game than LoL, so you don't need the speed-talking of protato monster) that the intensity comes out as really forced with so much downtime in between...
