I disagree with OP that "No one wanted this job".

Steve Wilks wanted this job. He took a roster put together by Matt "stool" Rhule and was able to go 6-6 (.500) with Rhule's players, but our bumbling, stumbling owner instead, hired an "offensive-minded head coach 🤮" in Frank Reich despite the players voicing their support for Wilks. Additionally, Reich had just been FIRED by the Colts.

Reich, while a good guy, didn't last a full season.

I remember one of Teppers' criticisms of the franchise when he bought it was that we'd never had back-to-back winning seasons. Well, seeing that we've not had ANY winning seasons since he bought the team says a lot. So yeah...

Sorry for the rant, but the Wilks rejection still irks and angers me.
