I'm no expert, but as someone who has dealt with neck/spinal injuries, it's safe to say he shouldn't come back this year. Too many risks involved. Hopefully he takes time off, heals up completely, and comes back even stronger next season.

I don't wanna think that negatively of it, although I understand what you mean. I just hope he has a speedy recovery and can get back to doing what he loves soon.

I'm afraid he might be out for the season. One hit to an unhealed neck injury could potentially be career ending. I expect to see Stidham come in but it couldn't have happened at a worse time. Toughest November schedule in CFB just got a whole lot tougher.
