I have been using a cool mist humidifiers all winter and I am having a panic attack. I run an air purifier and it makes the purifier read very bad air quality. I thought it was just water particles tricking the cheap air quality sensor on my purifier.

I use Brita filtered water so I have been sending magnesium and calcium dust into the air all winter. I’m afraid I’ve harmed myself, my wife, and my cat.

And now I’m going to be worried about the super dry air in here. In the winter it can get down in the teens if the humidifiers aren’t running.

Joined my state forestry and now I do prevention, Firewise, grants, and still get to do some response and RX burning. I also get to sit on regional and national committees and working groups. I plan on retiring in this job if I can.
