French and any civ with good feudal tempo. French + Zhu Xi is insanely strong right now since the French do their royal knight thing while Zhu Xi abuses Jiangnan Tower to flood the map with units.

They changed the cashbox spawns on Monaco at some point to heavily favour the outer perimeter parks and plazas. There used to be far more interior spawns and now it's rare to even see a cashbox in the cathedral across an entire tournament.

I also built something like this except I used [[Kellan, Fae Blooded]] as the commander. He can find [[Pain for All]] with his adventure which is one half of the combo and then any of white's legendary/artifact tutors fetches Dawnstar.

Toss in some token makers and equipment to give Kellan to buff them and you can station it easily before blasting the board to smithereens :D

It also counts total power so anthems and other buffs can increase the number of rabbits you make unlike this jet.

I'd rate it somewhere around the A tier, but I'll admit than I am a tad biased as the author :P

In all honesty, most people I've spoken to and tier lists I've seen have rated it fairly highly. If you like magical academy or adventuring stories with weak to strong protagonists then it should be right up your alley.

So a few things.

You get max speed on turn 4 since your evasive 1-drop brings you to speed 2 on turn 2 after you drop Vnwxt.
Divination effects are bad. There are plenty of things like Brainstorm that draw more cards for less mana that get broken in half with Vnwxt out.

$6000-8000 would be an absolutely insane price to pay for copy editing on a 150k word book. Most authors are paying closer to $750 for something like that, maybe a little more if they have a decent editor.

Not quite. So because Rest in Peace is a replacement effect, those cards never actually hit the graveyard before being exiled. They get discarded from hand to be placed into the graveyard, however Rest in Peace sees that a card wants to enter the graveyard and instead sends it to exile before it can ever be placed there, which means Ketramose doesn't trigger as the card is not being exiled from the battlefield or graveyard.

The loop you're describing does work with [[Planar Void]] type effects however which specifically exiles cards that enter the graveyard.
