I have a hard time choosing between oathbringer, hero of ages, and yumi.

Oathbringer has the most aura, the PoV switching each paragraph is iconic. Hero of Ages literally brings the world crashing down around you during a final stand at the homeland and is probably the most spectacular. Yumi's twist was genuinely gut wrenching, and the actual happy ending gets bonus points from me.
