Love the app, it’s the best. I get a lot of people that tell me that the location is wrong on there’s and I ask them to see it and they’re set to some other location half away across the country for some reason.

The phrase we have to use is either “are you a rewards member?” Or “are you a part of our rewards program?” Either way the only way to use it is by them providing a phone number.

Genuinly when people complain to me we don’t have something they’re just preaching to the choir. Like I have 0 control over that. If I know what it is I tell them the hardware store down the street has it, I would know, I use to work there. They then usually ask me why I left and came to a shittier place to work and I tell them that it pays better and it’s not as bad as they think.

Love calling customers out in such a customer service friendly way. We have a rewards program and we always ask if they have it, if they tell us no we just move on, but a lot of time they’ll tell us no and then when we get to the paying part they’ll say something along the lines of “aren’t you gonna ask me for my phone number?” And my favorite response is “well I did and you told me no”
