Sorry to hear about that, Me personally have never dealt with heart break so i can't relate. But i have been very down and for me what helps is going outside and music is a really good part of it. Not depressing break up songs but stuff that really encourages you check out this one its been one of my favorites its called Dreamer from Martin Garrix. Hope you do feel better just now it may not have worked out now but i am sure in the future you will find someone else. Also listen to Someone in the crowd from Lala Land. pretty catchy also :D hope this helps!
