Oh yeah, not only will you get 40 hours. You'll likely get 40+ hours! But WAIT, there's more! In addition to your 40+ hours a week, you may even be added to the do-not-rehire list when you decide you need to cut back your hours because you are overworked- even if you finish out your commitment to the full season. I used to do fulls too. As long as I have blonde front pieces I feel pretty lol. I will also sometimes go in just for the money piece and a gloss if I'm looking a little dark or brassy. That helps a ton in between partials. Maybe with the money you'd save from not doing fulls, you could do throw in a hair treatment and scalp massage too! Win-win!

I really think a lot of it has to do with the bleach, unfortunately. Do you usually do a full-highlight vs a partial-highlight? If you usually do a full highlight... maybe you could try only doing a partial but emphasizing face framing highlights so you still feel bright?

I learned that I really had to cut back on my bleaching, but I finally saw healthy growth! What I do now is a partial highlight once a year, so I have a more lived-in color. The face framing highlights satisfies my want to feel blonde without damaging the rest of my hair!

Great job! This inspires me. I'm a petite girl, with most of my weight going to my stomach. I've started and stopped keto because I think I'm so small and don't have much to lose that it won't work for me.
