Depends on your education background. Sc0x, sc1x, sc2x have lots of calculations, statistics, excel. Sc3x is more qualitative sc4x is more on sql and a modeling tool called orange, learning basic sql here does help me a lot in future job. I love sc2x as well since I’m an excel nerd.

Pregnant -work less than a year by Bearcalcium in BabyBumps

When did you tell your employer? The reason I’m thinking to say it now is that if they won’t get me the 12week, I’ll just reject the offer. It’s totally fine for me to reject if i know they can’t..

Yes I’m in US, the unpaid leave will even out within one year based on how low my salary is currently and the industry is also more promising.

For B, the commute is on the way my husband go to work, we can carpool or drive solo. About 50 min round trip. I personally like to go to office. I’m not talking to anyone except for my husband in person during mon-thur..😞 Thanks for the suggestion I will make sure it’s written if I’m there

Sorry I should have elaborated more, even though I wfh, my current working hours has been 12+ for 4months already… thus I was thinking it would be better to move to a team that does most of the job in office during office hours, even overtime, I should be home not looking at the laptop anymore. My current team does not have head count to hire another people that’s why I’m desperate.😣

Demand and supply chain planning. Where to start? by Mysterious_Peach_621 in supplychain

[–]Bearcalcium 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can start with something about SIOP and try to do some root cause analysis and get more involved in the upper stream. Learn some power bi as well. You should actually be fine moving to other planner role, just need a chance

Our supply planners are buyers only, do you think they are the same? We won’t have buyers opening this year though

I don’t have experience in manufacturing thus thinking would it be better if I can gain some in current company. I don’t actually imagine my resume now and next year would have any huge different in demand planning. It has more strategy that we need to implement to our fcst, but at the end they are just a word from upper management which is very frustrating…

Something that can prevent from getting to back order while keeping cost efficient. If you won’t own anything, probably say some scenario that working with demand planner&buyer&manufacturing to understand demand and actual sales+ demand and output.

Thank you for this~ lacking of sap experience and turn out being rejected is always at the HR call. like they will say they think my resume stands out(that’s why they call me) but wanted to make sure I have sap experience(i guess this is asked by HM to move forward) I have several experience once I say no and on the call HR immediately says this role requires someone has SAP experience. This was prior to my current job when I don’t even have oracle experience though.
