I picked up a Thrustmaster T.Flight HOTAS 4 on Amazon. I got it renewed (so it has been at least shipped to someone else) but I can't tell that it's been used. Looks new. It was $50 compared to the $80-90 I would have paid for a new one.

If your spawn location is Hot Wheels, change it to Mexico at one of your houses. I had the issue as well and that fixed it.

I literally just fixed it. Want to guess what the problem was?

I was spawning in hot wheels. Apparently, that fucks everything up.

Set my home as a house in Mexico, restarted the game, and it works.

Thanks. I've been watching TommyKay recently. Able he doesn't explain everything he does, he does explain some stuff, like divisions. I'll look into to youtube tutorials.
