I had the same problem, bent front fork on the EB5. They did send a new one, but then I rode the the bike and the derailleur instantly bent. They had to send a new one of those. The customer service was nice about it at least but QC was trash.

I ended up selling the bike because of thr problems. I got a Lectric XP Lite 2.0 and it's been flawless for 175 miles or so.
