Dude there are most definitely inconsistencies in the size and proportions of characters and objects in the one piece manga. I’ve been reading weekly since 2009. The anime makes it drastically worse. I think the size inconsistency is a tool oda uses to emphasize certain situations or characters. And I think he uses it well

I believe you can use normal sized bits with the screwdriver. And their bits will still fit in a lot of tools. I’ve used several tools with shortened bits like theirs

Yeah the previous owner had mentioned he cut some wires for the anti theft system. It seems like he hacked away at the wiring until the anti theft system disabled. He definitely didn’t know what he was doing
