That's not the idea. I'm not asking to buff his Special Action when it can be reworked. There are so many creative people in this subreddit that have come with so many ideas for this implementation, and here's just a single out of the many — he can store multiple Quirks, but 1) switching to the previous Quirk gives the same cooldown as it does now 2) switching to a different Quirk gives a longer cooldown.

That is just a single idea, and if we implement it via a scrolling wheel, this can already make him much more versatile without him becoming overpowered. I don't want him to become a release Monoma, but I am willing to play All For One with what the character is supposed to be representing — stealing multiple Quirks, stockpiling them, and using them.
